Andrii Khyzhniak, Acting Chief of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Poltava region, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the head of the Poltava Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities, Mykola Riznyk.
Within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to develop local voluntary fire brigades, involve citizens in membership in units, increase the level of organizational readiness, their material and technical support, and professional training.
Also, thanks to the document, conditions are planned to be created for the adaptation of persons who participated in military actions through the implementation of deeper cooperation and coordination of actions during emergency response.
In addition, representatives of the SES region participated in a workshop on the topic: “Spatial planning is the rules of the game for every community,” organized by the regional committee of the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities on community life support issues during the war.
During the meeting, several important issues were discussed, including ensuring fire and technological safety in territorial communities and the development of the volunteer movement.
